Shipping InformationWe ship anywhere in Canada, including, NorthWest Territories and the Maritimes. Some areas in Canada, require special shipping instructions such as expedited shipping, please email for costs and details.Shipping Method: Your two primary methods or shipping are DHL to a daytime address only, or Greyhound courier hold for pickup. DHL shipments are trackable online at www.dhl.ca. Greyhound shipments generate a waybill number only and are not trackable. Special Notes: We do not deliver to Postal Boxes, address must be a physical address as we use courier services to ship who do not deliver to Postal Boxes If paying by CC, we must ship to the address on file with your credit card company Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are computed in Canadian Dollars. Please provide your postal code in order for our sales reps to calculate shipping costs for your shipment. Inspecting Your Order: When your order arrives, inspect each wheel to make sure there was no damage during shipping. Don’t sign for your order until you check out each wheel in front of the courier driver. Damage will be easily noticeable as if the boxes have been severely damaged more than likely the wheel will have taken some damage. Make sure you take out each wheel and inspect them fully especially the rim of the wheel. If there is damage, please note on the waybill with the driver any damage and get the driver to sign it as well. As soon as the wheels are mounted you will not be able to return the wheels. We are also not responsible for damage by the shop mounting your wheels, so make sure you choose a good installer that has experience with custom chrome wheels.
